  Get Connected is funded through a United Way in Waukesha County grant. Data must be collected every May to evaluate whether we are achieving our mission of providing parents with education that will decrease their children's risky behavior. Please take this 30-second survey to provide the feedback we need for program improvement and continued outside funding.
Get Connected is a parent network that helps parents navigate children through their school years by providing them with age-appropriate information, networking with other parents, presentations from professionals, guidance and support. Funding for the program is provided through the Hamilton School District, United Way of Waukesha County "Helping Kids Succeed" initiative and local business sponsorships.
